So now over to you, Isabella. Okay. Great. Thanks, Andrea. So hello, everyone. Thank you for joining us today. Welcome to Agiloft's platform tour. My name is Isabella Lowe. I am a senior solutions consultant here at Agiloft, and I'll be the one taking you through a demonstration of our platform today. I have been working with CLM Solutions for over nine years now, so I am very excited to be able to show you what the Agiloft platform can do for your organization. So a little bit about Agiloft before we jump into the platform. Agiloft is designed to be the contract platform that acts as your single source of truth. Now our platform is designed and centered around data, how to capture it at all the stages, how to manage it and ensure that it's accurate, and ultimately, how can we use this data to create actionable insights for the different users that you have on the platform. We want to put a strong emphasis on turning words and sentences that you see on a document into structured, actionable data. So why does map data matter so much? Today, when we're working with different organizations, we're often seeing what we have outlined on the left hand side. There's different departments such as IT, HR, legal, and procurement. They're all working in different systems, tracking data in different systems, and having work flows be triggered in different ways, but all still part of the general contract management workflow. So with this, it's hard to ensure that the data is accurate in each of these platforms, and it really leads to an environment that is not scalable and there's a lack of insight for the entire organization. What Agiloft wants to help organizations transition to is the state that you see outlined here on the right hand side. Agiloft's CLM platform can bring all of these different functions together. Your IT department can be in there, procurement, finance, and legal, and we work to bring a unified data platform for all of these different groups. We're encouraging that cross departmental collaboration, reducing any manual or duplicate data entry, which is what we hear oftentimes without integrations of these platforms. There's data being stored in different places, and they need to somehow duplicate that that data entry manually. And with the right hand side, what we're envisioning with this stage is ensuring that the solution is scalable and agile enough to adapt to your organization as it grows. Agiloft is designed to provide a foundational layer for your entire contract life cycle, and it starts upstream with the contract request. Whether we are capturing that data directly in Agiloft or we're integrating with a third party tool and capturing that data there, Once we have the data required for a contract request, we can flow it downstream into the authoring utilizing standard templates or importing third party contracts. We have AI tools for the review and negotiation part of this. After that, we also have an entire approvals engine where we're able to configure both standard and conditional approvals that can route to different functions within the organization, bringing in people like finance or procurement to check the contract language. We also have integrations with different esignature tools as well. So out of the box, Adobe Sign and a DocuSign is supported. However, we're very easily able to integrate with other e signature tools as well. And then finally, after a contract has been executed, that is not where Agilast functionality ends. We also can help with renewal reminders, any task or obligation management. Because we're keeping track of data across all of the different stages, we're able to have a robust enough platform to be able to have all of these reminders, help you with reporting, and have that full repository built out in the platform as well. So just to reiterate, Azure Loft does cover the entire contract life cycle and all of the different steps that happen along the way. However, for today's demo, we don't have the time to go through every single function that we use to support these steps. So highlighted here in red, we are going to be focusing primarily on these two steps right here, which is the review and authoring and the negotiation utilizing one of our AI tools called screens. Now let's jump into the platform now. And before I do that, just a quick reminder, you're able to input any questions that you have in the q and a. I can get to that towards the end when I complete the demo and answer any questions that anyone on the call has today. So let's jump into the platform now. And when I jump into the platform, I'll take a the first few minutes or so and really familiarize everyone on the call today with the user interface, show you what the user experience could look like, and different ways that you can tailor it to your organization. So right now, I've logged in to Agiloft. My user is shown up here. So I'm logged in as my own user, Isabella Lowe. I have my different preferences that I can set here on my profile, and I can even manage what my UI language will be. Out of the box, Agileoft does support these five languages on the UI. So if you were to choose any of these, you can have the UI be translated. And then, of course, any language that's not shown here can also be used the once you provide the translations in the UI. As each user logs in, they have their own unique login credentials. This ensures that the system recognizes what role they have within the organization, which will then determine their level of access to data within the system. So we do understand that Agilaf will act as a single global repository for all of your documents, but that doesn't mean that everyone that logs in will be able to see everything in the platform. We have a full access and permissions control system that allows you to control exactly what records a user can see and also what data fields they're able to see on those individual records. So the home screen I see now is the data that I have been given permissions to view. And the reason why we want to set this up is to tailor that user experience to ensure that only the most relevant data is being shown to me, and I my home screen and my page, my user interface is not being crowded or overtaken by data that is irrelevant to my day to day tasks. Now one of the things that my individual user can view is my notification center. So this is where I will get all of my notifications that have been assigned to me, whether it's in regards to an obligation that is overdue or coming up that is has a due date that's coming up. Once a notification is assigned to me, whether manually or automatically, I will be able to see one of those those consolidated notifications over here. So it's just a great way for the user to view their to do list for the day and prioritize what they need to see within Agiloft. Apart from this notification center, this home screen that you see right here has been completely tailored to my user. I can see, for example, my contract requests that have been assigned to me. I can see what type of contract it is, what the current status is. So we're not just tracking contracts that are currently executed in your repository. We're giving you a full view into all the contracts, what status they're currently in so that we can bring it to the next step of the process. You can also default different reports on a user's home page as well. So, for example, I have two charts here that are important to me, contracts in progress and signed contracts by type. And the first one is essentially showing me all of the contracts that I currently have that are still open broken down by the status of each of those contracts. Now with any chart that I see within my home page, I can also drill down into each of these charts, view the actual data that is driving the visual representation of this report. So I'm able to see exactly which contracts are currently in draft, how many contracts we have in that, and then the hyperlink that brings us directly to that particular contract record. And the last thing I'm gonna show here is we can also export out any report you have in the system, download it as an Excel, and then that can be shared to different people, and you can also create different types of reports offline if needed. Now as I mentioned before, the user homepage is really an opportunity to tailor the user experience to the person that's logging in. So that's why we have the option to create different types of dashboards. So another example here is our task management dash dashboard. So if I am a user that is being assigned different obligations, I need to keep track of what tasks are due, what payments or what audits and what reports need to be run. I can create a dashboard that looks something like this for my users. I can see things like, do we have any obligations overdue? What's due in the next thirty, sixty, or ninety days? I can also see obligations and tasks broken down by team. So I can see, okay, how many all the teams that we have, how many obligations are currently assigned to these teams, and what is the current status of each of those obligations. And if you are a team manager or some sort of manager that needs to get granular insight into each individual on your team, we can also break out the obligations or tasks by person so that we can review workload and assign accordingly. So that's a little bit about the user interface, how we can access different information within the system as we're logging in, and then just different ways that you can tailor the user experience as I'm logging in, and I can see the data that is most relevant for me. And one last thing before we get into the contract process, you can also easily utilize our global search bar. Search for any word or phrase within that you're looking for, and it's going to search throughout the entire repository and return any searches that contain the search phrase that you have. So that is also another value of having everything in one repository and keeping all of the data tracked for each of these contracts. Now let's initiate the contract process now. What I'm gonna do is use a third party contract example today. So we're receiving a third party contract. I need a way to quickly analyze it and review it, flag it for any red flags, any deviations from our company policies so that I can redline and make those changes. So directly on our home screen, we have this contracts tab right here. If I drill down into the contracts tab, I'm able to see a list of any recent contracts that I've been working with along with any saved searches. So a saved search is simply a predefined filtered list of contracts that may be important for you to see. And I also have the ability to initiate a new contract directly from here. Now when I click create new contract, I'm able to now see a new contract record. So this new contract record will allow me to now capture the data that's necessary for this particular contract. On the left hand side, we have some high level fields that we're using to track different information about this contract, such as status, what type of record it is, who is the assigned team or the contract manager. And then on the right hand side, we have some additional details such as the contract type. So for today, I'm going to be using an MSA example. I can also choose the document source. Is it a standard template? Is it a modified one? Is it coming from our third party document? And then we can also set things like the start date, the end date, who is the legal in legal entity that we are contracting with, and also who is the external company that we're contracting with. So over here, I'm simply going to be selecting from a predefined approved list of vendors and counterparties. However, in a real life example, you can create a new company directly here, or we can link and integrate to a third party system where you're already managing a vendor master or a customer master. So it can be a vendor platform or some sort of CRM, and we can grab that data through an integration. These are some of the data points that I can fill out. This layout that you're seeing right now is an example in my demo environment. However, as you're implementing and maintaining your own CLM, you're able to fully decide exactly what fields you want on the layout, what fields you're going to be asking the user to fill in, And, also, you can determine what fields are mandatory versus which ones are optional as well when they're going through this process. So this will help you bring guardrails into this process, ensuring that the necessary data is always tracked before a contract is submitted for review. A lot of these fields do come out of the box with Agiloft, so you're able to utilize the fields that we already provide with our platform. But you can also create any number of custom metadata fields that you need to track information that's important to your organization. Alright. So once we've inputted the data in here, let's go to the next step, which is the contract documents tab. Now the contracts documents tab will allow you to either do two things, which is select a template that you want to utilize to so, for example, if I do a standard template here, in contracts document, I will now see the MSA template that I can use to generate a standard document, or I can go ahead and drag and drop a file directly here to upload to this contract record. So in this case, because for my example today, I'm going to be using the third party contract and reviewing that. We're going to simply drag and drop an MSA that was sent to us by our counterparty, and then we're going to add this file directly to the contract record. Now once the contract record has been uploaded, it will automatically be shown in our contracts document table. This is where we keep track of all of the different drafts related to this contract. And there are two options now to view this specific file. We can either view the file directly in the platform. So this is our online document viewer. This is where you can review the contract very quickly. You can utilize our search functionality and search for a specific word or phrase that you're looking for in the document. And another option is you can utilize our Ask AI functionality. So Ask AI is one of our so think of it as a natural language q and a for a document. You can also do it on a group of documents and not just an individual document, but essentially, it's asking a question and getting an answer back from the contract. Now instead of having to review every part of the contract to find an answer you're looking for, we can simply ask a question such as what is the renewal policy on this contract, and it's going to provide you with an answer based on what it found in the document. Not only is it going to provide you with a summary of what it found in the document, but it's also going to provide you with the references of where in the document it found that data so that you can go ahead and validate to make sure that the answer is accurate. This Ask AI tool is very convenient to find quick information you're looking for in a contract or a set of contracts. And one of the other advantages of Ask AI is that it can work with other languages as well, not just English. So we've had customers that have offices around the world utilizing it for different contract for different language contracts that they use. And one specific one was, for example, Japanese contracts. They can ask a question in English, and it's going to return the answer in English, but it's analyzing a Japanese contract so that they don't have to wait for their counterparts in a different part of the world to wake up and get to work and provide them with that answer. So that is one of the ways that we can view the contract directly in the Agiloft platform. Now another way is to simply check this document out for editing. Checking this document out for editing will allow you to open it up in Word, a tool that most people are already familiar with, a UI that you probably already use for redlining and reviewing contracts. But one of the benefits of utilizing Agiloft is that we do have a screens plug in. So our screens plug in is allowing you to review the contract in a more efficient way utilizing one of our AI tools. So first, we're going to log in to screens, then I'm going to choose a playbook or a screen that I want to run against this contract. In this case, I'm going to be using the MSA playbook because we're working on a MSA document today, and I'm gonna go ahead and run that screen. And when I click run screen, it's going to be taking this document, analyzing it against my playbook, and it's going to provide me with the results in the end. And while that's running, I just want to explain a little bit more about what screens is actually doing. So once again, screens is Agiloft's AI contract analysis tool, and the main purpose of it is to help you screen your contracts more efficiently to ensure that it meets your requirements, and it also will flag any major deviations from your policies. And the way that it does that is it's comparing it to a list of standards that you can set up. And when I talk about a standard, I simply mean something that is a passfail requirement. It can be a company policy. It can be a standard clause that you usually need to have on an MSA. It can be as simple as payment terms must be a set number of days, no more or no less, or some sort of condition on that. Or it can be a bit more complex, such as ensuring that there is an exclusivity clause and includes certain details in that clause as well. So the way that the standard is set up is completely dependent on how you write the prompt for the AI to analyze. Now once it's analyzed the contract for us, over here on the right hand side, we will see the results of that analysis. Once again, it's taking all of the standards that we inputted in that playbook, and it's going to analyze each standard and provide you with a pass or fail result. One of the things it also does is it provides you a score. So think of this as a very quick preview into how aligned this current contract is with your standards. So the higher it is, the more aligned this contract is with what your company standards are because it's determined by the number of failed versus past standards that are in the screen. Let's take a look at one of the standards that we have shown here on the right hand side. So this is our scope of warranty disclaimers standard. Once I click into that, it's going to bring me to where in the document it's going to be referencing that language, and then I can drill down into the details of this particular standard. So the very top, we have the standard that we've inputted as a prompt. So this is what your company policy is. Here is the result, and it was a fail. And here's the AI reasoning for it. So it's basically saying that it did find language about explicit warranties. However, the the absence of explicit warranties means the requirements is not met. So this is more just for the developer, and it did not have it was not a mutual clause. So that is the reasoning for why it was failed. Now if we scroll down a little bit more, here is the way that we can now fix this particular failed standard. We have the option to either utilize our preferred language. So this is preferred language that you've set up. This could be a fallback clause or something from your clause library that you want to be able to reference or simply copy and paste directly into the document if you want to replace this entire clause. Another way that you can do this is by utilizing screens AI generated red line suggestions. So the red line suggestions is going to optimize for the least amount of changes, however, still ensuring that the language in the document will be compliant with what your standards are. So from here, I can go ahead and apply the red line directly, and there's also a generated comment that will explain exactly why these changes were made. K? So the red lines were automatically brought in, and then so was that comment in here. So as you can see, the screens plug in is adding an additional layer of functionality, specifically AI assisted contract review and redlining, but you can still use all of the same standard Microsoft Word functionality that you're used to as well, such as the comment threads and the different redlining tools that you have. So this is now showing us the standards that were all failed, and then also it shows us which ones are passed as well. So it's going to tell us, here is one of your company policies. We were able to find language that is compliant with this, so this looks good to us. So you can basically go through each of these and review that all of these are validated and approved. And then one final note I want to make about screens is that we also have an Ask AI directly embedded in screens. So if you want to ask any question about the contract, even ask the screens AI to help you generate a clause from scratch, you can do that. And then we also have a list of different Boost functionalities that is going to help your contract reviewer as well. So we can utilize it for redrafting certain parts of the contract with an AI prompt. We can make it mutual, shorten, clarify different clauses as well. So tools screen's functionality is really a tool designed for a contract reviewer or someone that needs to look at a contract and either extract data out of it, ask a question, or ensure that it is aligned with your company's policies and that it's compliant with those standards. And it's doing it more efficiently by flagging some of the high risk deviations and helping you prioritize what to look at first, along with suggesting different red lines as well. All of this information that is stored in the screens plug in, from the very beginning, I always mention that Agiloft is very adamant about collecting data throughout every step of the process. So all of the screens data will actually come back into Agiloft as well. It's not just going to live in the Word document. If I come back into the Agiloft contract record, under our screens tab, we will now see all of the data that was brought back in. I can see every single standard that was run against this contract, and then I can see whether the result was a fail and which ones were a pass along with the risk level of each of these standards. For any standards that are failed and require approval or review, we can also create a task directly related to that failed standard so that you can initiate the review process internally as well. So once again, by having structured data stored in Agiloft, we're able to execute different workflows such as reviews and approvals. We're also able to generate very robust reports and dashboards because we have access to all of this data as well. All right? So that's what the main thing I want to show today in terms of showcasing the Agiloft platform is the ability to track data and store that data throughout every step of the entire contract process. Today, we really focus on the screens AI, helping with the review, authoring, and negotiation, utilizing AI to review contracts easily, whether they're third party contracts or whether they are contracts from your own template that you sent out for review, and there's markups and red lines that come back in. It will just ensure that you're compliant with what your company standards are and making sure that all of it is reportable as well. Okay. So thank you very much for attending today's platform tour. I'm just checking the Q and A right now. It doesn't seem like there's any questions, but I hope that this little short tour of our platform was useful. And any questions that you have after this, feel free to reach out to our team, and we will provide any information to you. So thank you very much once again. I'll send it back to Andrea now to close it out. Thank you so much, Isabella, and thank you everyone for joining us today. As mentioned earlier, you will receive a recording of the session in twenty four hours, so feel free to share it with your colleagues as well. I hope I hope you learned something new today, and, yeah, see you soon, everyone. Thank you. Bye bye.
