I'm a stay busy. Okay? Oh, okay. Hello, everyone. We are gonna get started here any moment. Just waiting for some more folks to trickle in. Alright. Well, happy Tuesday, everyone. Thank you so much for taking the time to to speak with us today and allow us to tell you the story of of Bio Excel and Agiloft and NetSuite and Workato, kinda how they came together. My name is Nate Nelson. I'll be essentially the MC for the call today. As mentioned, the focus of this really is to go through how BioXL was able to transform their contracting through an integrated solution with NetSuite. And so we are going to get into introductions here shortly. But, you know, as you can see through the agenda, the focus really is going to be on the success story, what Bio Excel achieved. We're going to talk through the power of integrating your CLM with other systems through Workato, provide some best practices, tips and tricks, etc, on implementations, get into some future looking items around AI, AgenTic, and MCP, and then a demonstration of some capabilities. Couple of housekeeping items. This is going to be recorded, so keep an eye out in your inbox tomorrow. This will be sent out at some point in time. Please use the chat as we go, for anything you would like to discuss, but put the questions in the Q and A and we will get to those either in live time or at the end. As mentioned, by way of introduction, my name is Nate Nelson. I'm a part of the Alliances team here at Agiloft. For those of you who aren't familiar with Agiloft, we are a CLM organization that focuses on anything from pre to post signature. We've been a leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for six years running, over 900 clients, and running. And, you know, through our relationship and partnership with Workato, we have the ability to connect to over a thousand different source systems. Yeah. Hi. This is Subashish Kaur. I go with the Subashark name. I'm from, Biaxel Therapeutics, the VP of, of the company. Subha? We have been using, you know, the Agiloft and Ricardos, for last, four to five years. You know? It's been a great experience, you know, working with the systems. The system was brought in because of for some compliances, and it has been, you know, over a good journey so far with this, the product and the tool, you know. Alright, Matt. Yep. Matt Carpenter. I'm a partner solutions architect on the Workado team. I'm supporting, both our Agiloft and, Spectrum Mobility, partners. Hello. I'm Eitan Lee Woods. I'm the cofounder of CEO of Spectrum Mobility. We're a long term partner of Agiloft and Orkado. We we implement well, implemented well over 300 Agiloft CLM solutions at this point over the last ten years, and many of those solutions also include integrations powered by Orkado. Of course, we're also, the implementation partner that has partnered and worked closely with BioXcel and and Suba, and I'm looking forward to sharing with you the success story of BioXcel as, for for today. Okay. So with that, I'd like to kick off the conversation, with with my partner Suba here. Would you like to share a little bit about BioXL? Then we can definitely delve right into more of the the journey of CLM and how, how we got here today. Yeah. Absolutely, Daniel. So BioXcel is a a biotech pharmaceutical company, you know, in a neuroscience space. You know? We are one of the early, like, you know, the AI drug development company. It started in 2018, and we have our first track in 2021. So it's a remarkable achievement. And for this reason, you know, we need, you know, solutions like, you know, the contract life cycle management, solutions like that, you know, to be in compliance. We do have to make sure because we have to deal with so many regulatory compliance, whether it's an FDA 21 CFR part 11, SCC, GDPRs, and everything. So, been using this tool for it's a great experience and a great journey. You know? At the thank you, Suba, for sharing more about that. I I know that BioCell does quite a bit with AI and cutting edge technology, so we're we're, we are eager to learn more about that. So thank you for sharing a bit about that. Now as far as the your journey into contract life cycle management, CLM, you know, and and kicking off this digital transformation initiative for for Bio Excel. Can you share a little bit about some of the goals that you had set out when when you started just the exploration and just figuring out, okay, what's out there? You know, what are what do we need, as far as CLM solution, something that can, you know, be flexible and meet our needs? Can you share a little bit high level, you know, how you approach, the the journey? Yeah. Yeah. Absolutely. So being a startup company and, you know, the journey for a digital transformation, and going also as a commercial, you know, from a preclinical to preclinical and commercial, it was, like, you know, a necessity, due to the compliance that we have a system in place which can give you, you know, the compliance reporting because every contract, you know, whether it's a clinical contract or it's a regulatory contract or a manufacturing contract, you know, it's all are audited by our, auditors. So when the contract is signed, so you need a a solution in place which is auditable, first of all. Second is, like, you know, a a reportable enough to our auditors, you know, time to time who signed the contract, a proper workflow in place where you can have a workflow where you can identify who's approving the contract because those are also being audited and what's the dollar amount in and who has the level of the approval in process in place. Before, you know, we have, I mean, in house type of systems, you know, before we went to Agile, you know, or did the RFP and selections of the tool. We have an in house tool, but that was has a workflow, but not fulfilling in our work. Agile can support. With the especially with the reporting capability workflow, audit trail, time stamp, and everything has to be sure. And being a biotech and a pharmaceutical company, as you know, it is a key important for us to have, like, you know, everything is auditable. Everything is recorded in our system tracks. So the when we invested in our it has bring a lot of value, especially in the time of compliances. It reduces, you know, our legal team, time to, you know, review the contract and get the approval in process, you know, because things are in one place. People can, like, you know, fill up the forms, give all details to the legal team as well as the finance teams. And it's been, like, in a a a good, you know, ROI, return on investment, what we have invested. You know? It has streamlined the process. It had faster the process. The audit trail in place, you know, when the legal makes changes and send it to, the counterparty, you know, so everything is in capturing a one system. And we don't need to hunt in our emails anymore, which was the case before. That's that's the key thing. All the details, you know, changes on the contractor in one place. So and then the biggest piece is that the integrations with, you know, NetSuite, you know, and where, you know, Ocado play, you know, a a role for us. And, and I can tell you during that time, Ocado was new. There, you know, they just recently approved, you know, agile app. And I just pick up, you know, because I was offered other other, middle middle tier tool, you know? But I I saw that, you know, I would be using Ocado for other reason, you know, and that's that's the things in Ocado also came into the picture. You know? That's fantastic. Thank you, Suba, for for the in-depth explanation of your journey, the benefits of implementing a CLM, the seamless integration to NetSuite. We're we're gonna look at, on the next slide some of those, you know, more specific, outcomes. But, yeah, for for clients of ours, existing clients or new clients that are, just now exploring, you know, contract life cycle management and or adding an integration to their their existing solution. There there are certainly ways to to do that either on the onset, so as you're starting fresh. Or if you already have an existing solution, you could definitely add an integration to it, and and we'll talk through how how to achieve that on the next slide. Some of the, things that we wanted to share with you are sort of our our joint success and how we achieved it, how, again, you can repeat this process for you, because, you know, our implementation process was in about sixteen weeks or so, which, if you consider that we're we're rolling out a contract management solution, a new process, and an integration to, to NetSuite, that that's quite a bit. And so how how were we able to achieve that? First of all, as you could tell, you need stakeholder buying. You need leadership like Suba that can see the vision and and really, push the organization forward and in this direction. So, kudos to you, Suda Suba, for for getting the organization there, the stakeholder buy in. And in addition to that, it's very important to spend time in what we call the readiness preparation. So there's quite a bit of nontechnical type of work to be done, just defining your process, your workflows, your your future state, how you want you know, a solution to fit your needs. And I think next, that's when you go into an exploration and figure out, well, which solution can fit my needs out of the box or a solution like AgileSoft that can be tailor fit to to your needs. So the readiness preparation is really a key factor in success in in these implementation projects. No. Of course. Oh, yes, please. No. Absolutely. I just want to add that, you know, you know, so my biggest challenge, you know, when I joined the company, you know, I was given, you know, eight to twelve weeks to go commercialization. You know? We were a preclinical, you know, like drinking from fire hose. And I need to get, you know, all the solutions in place. And like you mentioned, like, you know, the, the numbers of weeks we took, you know, sixteen weeks, you know, because I need a solution which can bring in acceleration. Because, we are getting, you know, like, 100 projects we are running, you know, and the contract is, like, over boarded. Not only talking about, you know, the IT, but also we have commercial contract. We have regulatory contracts. And everybody was swimming in the water, you know, and we need us to, like, you know, Agiloft, you know, and, like, partners like you, you know, who step in to make, you know, this accelerated approach, you know, because we can't wait for six months. That's that's no no for us. We just give a timeline to go accelerated. And when you have a start up biotech, you know, where these things can change, you know, yesterday, I call it. Once, you know, you step in this morning and you heard that, you know, next day, you have to do something different, or you have to go live yesterday, something like that. That's happened too with me, like drinking from fire hose. So, yeah, the, like, solution like this, you know, the preparedness, like, you know, we achieved this, you know. I think because of the tool, you know, which out of the box, you know, which make us to go, much faster with the I can with your team, and I can tell you that, you know, they support it. You know, they understand our requirements very well, work with our legal team very closely, and able to deploy because I was told very clearly for the business that, you know, we can't have a solution where we sit down for six months to do an implementation. We don't have time because we have to go to the market. So that was, like, you know, I think one of the key key thing for me to make the decisions, you know, picking up solutions like Agile, you know, and the accelerated path, you know, especially and get into in compliance also because we have to be in compliance. The moment you become a commercializer, you know, you are subject to a lot of compliances, before preclinic. Yes. And that makes me my journey easier, you know, to having a tool like this. And thinking as a head of IT, you know, just makes me sleep, you know, a better night that, you know, I have a tool where I'm 100% in compliance, you know, as such. And the and easy to use by the business because at the end of the day, you know, my end user are my business people. If they are happy, you know, I think the entire organization is happy. The success of the IT is measured, through that, how your end user are happy and how fast you can get into the market for whether it's a revenue generated or whether you consider IT as a, you know, cost centers or profit center. It's all up to how you perceive IT, but, actually, I perceive IT as, like, you know, supporting tool to make business revenue grow. You know? So Yeah. Certainly, you know, the IT department and cost center are most certainly there to support the business and, you certainly have done that. So with this implementation and and just to share, you know, it's very typical for, you know, AgileSoft to be deployed. And then, as the business changes, grows, scales up, that we should be able to continuously enhance and adjust AgileSoft to continue to meet your needs. And and in fact, we we did that with BioXcel as well. So, just know that, the solution is continue to be, flexible as your business needs change as well. So, yep, of course, readiness is important factor of success, clearly documenting your requirements. I can't stress that enough. Having clear requirements will ensure that you're aligned on your goals and and the things that your organization needs implemented in in Agiloft and in in an integration. And then lastly, just active participation in the project. That that may seem obvious, but, it's a two way street. It's teamwork. So if we're all showing up to the project actively and, ensuring that it remains a priority, you know, although you are juggling many things, you have other responsibilities, that that is yet another key factor in success. Absolutely. So I wanted to cover a little bit of what a potential integration could look like. Yeah, of course, BioXcel has implemented Agiloft for their contract management solution. They also have a NetSuite, NetSuite implemented. And, as you can see with Workato in the middle, we are connecting the two systems, seamlessly. So, some of the, outcomes and benefits, and and, Sue, please add to this if if you have any more too. We can we can synchronize data in whichever direction in real time. So things need to happen quickly, and they do almost essentially instantaneously. And and this is flexible too. So you as an organization get to define when information needs to be transferred between the systems, and that could happen in multiple touch points. So that's that's the beauty of the orchestration. Within Workado, we can monitor things in real time and trigger when the integration and data is synchronized between one system and the other, which then. enables faster turnaround time, going from contract to revenue or on the buy side to purchase, to enable your organization to move forward with your projects or the things that, you know, are needed, your dependencies to to develop products just like BioXcel is doing. You know, there are quite a few buy buy side contracts, of course. So having a faster turnaround from the moment a contract is signed to moving forward internally and synchronizing data is is a massive, benefit of an integration like this. Of course, you know, streamlining from contract to finance, that coordination, the handoff is key. We have, you know, all the information that's needed in the contract and in Agiloft. We can share, you know, the the relevant information that the finance team needs over to them very quickly, again, instantaneously. And, of course, we have the power to, create, what's needed. So from Agiloft, for example, we can go ahead and create the purchase order and fill out all the information needed directly from Agiloft through the Orkado integration. Or we can synchronize the suppliers or the customers, their their location information, contact information. There's no need to rekey all that information in multiple places. And, Eddie, Yep. I need to add add here, you know, like, you know, like you said that I think one of the key thing for BioXcel for us, like, you know, our finance department doesn't want to go, you know, without the integration in place. They want the integration in place, and that's the key thing. They they don't want to be isolated, and they don't want to do the manual processing. You know? And that that is the assurance I have to give to the finance team that, you know, we will have the integration in place. Like you said, that I'm the seamless seamless thing. So that is also a key factors for us, you know, having a tool like this, you know, where the integration has to be seamless, you know, because they they are, like, pulling up front, our finance department, that we are not going to do anything manually. If the contract is sent, you know, because that they are the legal left out and we don't, so we do have the integration once they place. And that's the key things for the success for us, you know, because since the integration was done, my stakeholders are happy that every data is flowing to and fro, and that makes our project successful at the end of the day. And since we are using it, you know, so I just want to add that, you know, for that, Yeah. what why the integration is important and, and what helps, you know, because that's that's our, you know, the key indicator for the tools to be picked up also. Yeah. Thank you, Suma. That that's the, the success part of the success of the projects also, you know, do we have happy customers? And and what I mean by that is your internal customers. Right? Of course, we we care that you're our happy customer, but, like you're saying, the finance team, the legal team, perhaps the sales team if they're involved, in in any of this and and the compliance team. So are we providing the information that they need, you know, easily and quickly? Yes. And some of them, you know, stay within their systems. Absolutely. So we can share the information that's needed from the contracting system to the finance team without them ever having to log in to as often learning yet another tool. So so those are, you know, great examples, like you're saying, of additional features or or benefits of an integration like this. Fantastic. So so, yeah, of course, this example is, an integration between Agilef and NetSuite. As as, as you, are aware now that Orkado has, you know, thousands of connectors to many other applications. So, this is just an excellent example of, you know, setting up a connection between a CLM system, Agile, and an ERP system, in this case, NetSuite. But we could, you know, connect to any other ERP out there that is integration enabled. Hey. Fantastic. So that is the journey of Bio Excel to date, you know, implementing a CLM, integrating that CLM seamlessly to their ERP system. As you heard, the solution has been running smoothly now for four or five years, so that's fantastic. We've enhanced Agiloft over time as things change for BioExcel, so we're continuing to to adjust and keep up with the business. And so the question is, you know, what's next? Or what can you take a CLM, from here? And so, I'm sure many of you are hearing these buzzwords, AI, AgenTic, MCP. And, of course, we have capabilities that we would love to to showcase to you both in Agiloft and in Workato. So Matt will be, sharing his screen here momentarily to walk us through some some live demonstrations. So so, yeah, just to set the scene, on the AgileSoft side with AgileSoft AI, we're able to enhance your CLM process from negotiations, to, you know, running contracts against your playbook and seeing whether it's, a highly risky contract or one that is acceptable, you know, helping you with the redlining and suggestions on how to get that contract closer to your your acceptable terms, extracting information out of contracts such as key terms, individual clauses, past and obligations, and and beyond. So there's quite a bit we can talk about here, probably well beyond the time we have for this webinar, but there's there's a lot to explore there on the AgileFT AI side. And then on the Workato side, I'd love to hand it off to Matt to kinda set the scene, and then, you can go ahead and share your screen as well. Yeah. Thanks. Yeah. One of the things, we've always been known for is our automation. Obviously, we're looking at the integrations from today where we're taking Agile off and and doing that integration, that automation, and getting into NetSuite, which is one of our thousand of connectors out there that we mentioned before. So what's next is we're going into the agentic world. We are doing enterprise MCP, and we're really enhancing the connections we already have, the workflows we already have, and take them to the next level. Whether that's talking with one of our genies, which is our our version of an agent, or creating an MCP server so you can use an OpenAI or a cloud to actually talk with your data. So instead of just saying, okay. Let's have an automatic integration. You could actually walk in and work with Agiloft from a natural language perspective. And you can also have it have an extra intelligence, some extra knowledge to then assist everybody in your organization across the board, whether on the legal team, they're in the IT team, sales, or marketing, or really anyone in the organization. So what I'll do now, if you can unshare, I'll share out my screen and walk you through a little bit of our genes. So let me go ahead and open this up. So what you're seeing now is kind of the workspace. So this is kind of the behind the scenes. Most of your end users won't be seeing this. This is how you can easily set it up. This is a low code, no code. As you can see here, I've got a connector to Agiloft. I do have my Agiloft instance. So I've got my connector to there. But then I also have a couple other things, which really drives into what this genie is or our version of agents. So currently, this is using Cloud Sonic 4.6 in Go, but let's go ahead and look at what kind of skills do I have available. And these skills are the tools that this agent can use to interact with Agilog or other systems. For example, if you have contracts in Google Drive or if you have data in Salesforce or, like, any other ERP out there that you wanna sync, this will pull up from multiple sources using that knowledge and really help you be a lot more productive. And we've seen this even internally at Workato. When we start bringing in our data and our systems into an agentic framework or a chatbot, it becomes extremely more productive. So things like creating contracts or finding information, you know, with a simple prompt, a couple skills, and you connect it up and you're up and running. Also, everything you do and your end users do is with their credentials, and it can be tracked, monitored from a compliance and governance perspective. You can see which tools we're being using, which ones are having a success, and what's going on with that. So let me actually walk into Mercado Go. And this is the front end where the unit users can see it. Now this could also be a conversation through Slack, Teams, like I mentioned before. You can make an MCP server out of all these tools, and use it in Cloud or OpenAI or anything that's an MCP client, really. So this type of back and forth exists a couple of different ways. So I'm gonna go here. Like I said, what can I do? I can help me create new contracts. I can find contracts. What I'm gonna say is, find all active contracts that expire within the next six months. So I'm gonna go ahead and ask the genie that question. And so what it's gonna do is it's gonna go and connect to Agilog, get that data back. So right now, it's searching through context. It's assimilating that data, and it's gonna put it together for us. I think there are heavy amount of contracts. Yep. So here are 12 active, expiring within the next six months, and you can see some of them have a value to it. And it also goes through and gives you kinda brief details. Soon as expiry, it summarizes it. And then what can I do next? I can view view the full details on the contracts. I can update them. I can initiate a renewal. I can narrow the results. And what I actually really wanna do is, add up all the contracts that are expiring that have values associated to them. So my most important contracts I wanna see right now is my revenue contracts. So which ones are expiring? So I have a total at risk value of $460,000 between these three contracts. Now if I want to, I can dive into each of these, understand what's inside the contract, have a conversation with them. But then what if I wanna create a new contract or really go through and add a new company that I wanna do a relationship with? So what I'll do is I'll open up a new thread. I'll go back and pick my Agiloc Genie, and I'll ask it. I wanna create a NDA with no ACH Labs. So what I'm gonna do is go ahead and walk into that. So now it's gonna go talk back to Agiloft, search for contracts with NoAIC labs, search for companies, you know, within the inventory of that. It's gonna let me know, do we have that? So it looks like we don't have any nondisclosure, agreements with No Wake Labs, and it's not a company in Agilog. So we need to actually create a company, and then we actually need to start that contract. So I'm gonna say contract. It's asking me what kind of record type I wanna create. So I'll go through and say contract. And then there's a couple other details that I need, like, what would I wanna call this? No eight Labs NDA twenty twenty six. Great. It's gonna be a nondisclosure, so yes. And what kind of partner? So NOINC Labs is actually a supplier. So that's the type of company I'm gonna add in. And it says create new company. So it's gonna allow me to make sure I have the company name right and the primary role of that company. So I'll submit that. It'll create a new company. And now the next step is now that I have this company, let's go ahead and do the contract. I'm gonna have Aiden manage it today. Today. So it's gonna keep asking me questions to kinda go in. What's the start date? Let's go, 05/01/2026. Two year term. No value since the NDA. CBD. So now it's asking me a couple questions, and this can all be customized to your process. For this one, for the demo, we wanted to keep a little shorter, but then I'll say create contact. I'll submit it after reviewing it. It's gonna go to Agiloft and create that contact. Now I can then say it's working on it. It's created it. I've got my number, and it's in there. So now if I actually go into Agiloft, I'll go ahead and do a refresh on this screen. We'll see now I have an NDA with NoEIC Labs. Now what maybe next steps might exist are if I go back into the skills that I have available for this this piece actually, let me go back into here. I'll show you more. Now I've got a record for that contract. It's in draft phase. Now I'm probably gonna wanna find an attachment in g drive or get data from Salesforce or understand other systems that I might need to pull data from to understand what should be in this contract. NDA is pretty straightforward. So I just need to find my template. I'll review that, and then I'll attach it. But that's how we can extend not only the connections you've seen today, like with NetSuite, Mercado, and Agiloft, but taking that automation piece and going to the next level. And all these different skill sets, if you did wanna create an MCP server, essentially, you just say create MCP server, grab all the skills, then you have that same type of thing, but it would be in more of a cloud or any type of client or OpenAI. So from there, I'm gonna kick it back to the team or, actually, I'll kick it over to Aidan and see, if you have any other items you wanna go through. Oh, thank you so much for that. Alright. Let me share my screen and show you just a little bit of the AI on on the Agile side too. So here we we have to see how you could interact with Agile, from work Hado with natural language prompts and just working through those conversations. And then within Agiloft, we also have a number of repair. A number of AI features that will help you through the contracting process. So, also, to note what, Matt demonstrated, that could also that interaction could also happen within, like, your Slack environment or Microsoft Teams or some other chat interface. So it doesn't necessarily have to be within, the Work Hado Go interface. There are other ways that we want to navigate our users to being able to interact with with different systems. So just know there there are other options of accessing that sort of capability and having those conversations. So here here within AgileFT, we're presented with a beautiful dashboard to show information and tell us, you know, about where our contracts are in the process and and so on. If we navigate over to the contract repository, this is, of course, completely searchable, and what we could do is navigate over to one of our contracts that we would like to work on. And, I can show you some some AI features there. K. So here's our contract record. It's going to have a bunch of information about the type of contract. In this case, again, it's an NDA. What is the purpose of this NDA? When is the start date? When is the end date? Who is it with? Our counterparties, Iverson Inc in this case, and and so on? So what we could do is, use our AskAI here feature. We can ask it questions about this contract. We can ask it, any number of things. There are some suggestions here that we can click on, and so we can interact with this record just by typing some some questions here. Another thing we could do is go into the actual attachment, the contract file itself, and check it out. And this is where, many of our clients are very excited about these features using what's called Agiloft screens. And what screens does for us is it helps us review this contract against our playbook. So I wanted to show you quickly what that could look like. Not meant to be a full demonstration, but, just to give you a taste of what you could potentially do. So, a screen is a playbook. It's a set of your standards. So we would configure, your screens, using either, you know, the clauses that you have set up or even using your contract template if you have one, to set out what the standards are. So in this case, what we have here is an NDA. So imagine, I'm not sure which screen to run. So it looks like here I have two. I have a mutual NDA option. I have a unilateral NDA. Like, I I don't know which one to choose about. Well, why don't I ask you the question? Is this NDA mutual? And the AI can tell me which screen to use. It looks like the NDA is not mutual. Okay. Great. So now I know I should use my unilateral NDA. So before we even get started, I already asked that a question that was helpful. And let's go ahead and hit review, and it's gonna go through top to bottom and review this entire contract against our playbook. So this could be a contract that is completely a third party contract that's not yours, or as you're negotiating on your own paper and you're going back and forth, you can run the screen multiple times to see how you're progressing towards getting the contract, hopefully, more so aligned towards your terms. Of course, you can make exceptions and negotiations and and etcetera. But, ideally, you're you're working closer towards your your standard terms. K? So we're gonna let that complete here in just a moment. Okay. Great. And so, we have a score of 48 here out of a 100. The intention is not necessarily to get to a 100. That means the counterparty has completely accepted all of your terms, which that may or may not be realistic. But the idea is to see, okay, if we're currently at 48 out of a 100, as we're negotiating, as we're going back and forth, hopefully, the score is getting closer to a 100, which means we're leaning, closer to our our standards. And so what we could do is click on one of these, for example, the fails. We could just see which clauses, did not meet our standards. And then so you can see them all listed here, and we could pick one of them to see the details as limitation and liability. And as you're digging into them, it'll it'll give you more details. So, what is the reason the AI reasoning that this failed? If we would like to, red line, it looks like this one is a a heavy red line as opposed to a surgical. Let me see if I could pick another example that might be a little, more surgical. Let's see. I'm thinking these are random, so bear with me. Okay. Yeah. Here we go. So so it's giving us the disclosure of professional advisors. It's giving us the reason internally, you know, why this is not meeting our standards. We can click this track changes option and go ahead and apply the red lines if we agree with the red lines. Okay. So we'll go ahead and do that. And then it's very quickly going to make those surgical red lines for us, and it's actually going to also add a comment. So if we would like to have some commentary as we're sending this back to our counterparty, it's going to use the person's name that's, you know, using the AI tools, in this case, myself. It's going to give a nice comment here, which, of course, you know, we can edit if we'd like to or we can remove it if it's not necessary and so on. So screens is a very helpful tool to quickly look at a contract and help you in the negotiation process. And then, you know, once you're comfortable with screens, you can click this easy button to resolve all of the fails. So it's gonna go top to bottom and go ahead and apply all of those red lines here. And then, of course, I'm oversimplifying this. You'll you'll want to look through everything, but then once you're ready and comfortable, you can send this over to to your camera party. K. So that screens that. That's helpful during the negotiation process. Ask AI, as we saw, is here for us to ask questions, ad hoc as needed. And, we also have a number of other, capabilities such as extracting information out of the contract, so both clauses and key terms. So a key term would be, like, name of the counterparty, the start date, the end date, those kinds of things. And it's flexible. We could pick and choose what is extracted, things that are important to you. And from there, you know, once this information is extracted, we can now use this across the board. So we can see, which of these clauses, you know, we we made exceptions as an organization and said, yeah. It's a little more risky. It's not quite our standard, but we accepted that. So we have visibility to to those, and we can use that. So perhaps that sort of clause keeps getting negotiated. Perhaps you you might, you know, revisit your standards. Maybe the the industry has shifted in such a way that needs, you know, for you to reconsider why a certain clause keeps, you know, failing and and not meeting your standards. So, again, it's just an example of how you could use this type of information. Okay. That's what we wanted to show as far as, the additional, capabilities of AI. Let me get this back to the presentation here. Oops. Awesome. Thank. you so much, Eitan and Matt and Subha. I think some really, really incredible things that you're able to show. We do have a few minutes for Q and A. We had one question come in, and we had a few that were submitted prior to the session. The first question, Eddie, thank you for submitting. Really good question. Is the MCP offering that Matt demonstrated currently offered as a part of Agiloft licensing and any plans to have a connector available via OpenAI? So I'll provide a really quick answer to that, and Matt briefly touched on it. You know, currently what he showed was something that was built and demonstrated via Workado. So you need to own Workado itself. We do work with Workado through our integration hub. It's our iPaaS offering. Offering. What we will be rolling out in the near future is, you know, still being developed. I do anticipate that there will be things that highlight some functionality like this, but without getting too deep into product roadmap, I just say, keep an eye out, things will be developed as time moves on. But what Matt showed does highlight the benefit of integrating these technologies and what you can do to extend your current investment in Agiloft. Another question we got, we had a couple submitted prior to the session. Eitan, I'll submit this one to you and then I'll provide my feedback as well. You know, here today we talked about NetSuite, but what systems do you typically see your customers integrating with besides ERP systems? Yeah. Absolutely. Our most frequently requested integration is is actually on the CRM side. It's it's to connect with Salesforce. So working with the sales. teams as they're sorting through, you know, opportunities and leads. And at a certain point in their process, they need to request a contract. And so we set up an interface within Salesforce, that sales teams can actually send their contract request information as much information as they have in Salesforce, including if they have CPQ, line items, name of the, you know, customer. So we can send all that across into Agileoft. And very quickly, we can actually generate the contract on the fly, take all that information, put it together, and send it back to the salesperson. So that Salesforce or a CRM integration for, you know, pre presignitured, and pre contracting, is something that we frequently, integrate with. Awesome. Thanks, Eitan. I would just add to that. We see quite a large number of requests on the procurement side, and procurement is a vast space. Some of the things that are coming up more recently and more commonly would be integrating to spend orchestration systems. The systems that are generating supplier requests, going through the process of evaluating that, they don't typically offer contractual solutions as a part of that. So we would kind of start off after that contract has been awarded, so to speak. And then we would handle the contracting elements and surface that data back to those procurement vendors. Another one that we're hearing a lot about is integrating to third party risk management or TPRM systems. And this is a bit more of an advanced use case in the sense that we are trying and working on integrating supplier risk signals, things that might be red flags as you're evaluating your suppliers and integrating that into your contraction process. How do you take into account maybe some possible red flags from your suppliers that you're going to be doing work with and integrating contractual terms to potentially remediate any sort of future items that might come up? So we're seeing a lot within the procurement space and some of these these kind of fringe use cases around procurement, spend orchestration, risk management, e sourcing, etc. So we are officially at time here. Once again, thank you all so much for joining. One additional item that I would encourage you all to take a look at is AgileOps did push out a pretty big brand release and product release this morning, as ATN had demoed, you know, previously referred to as screens. Our screens platform has now been rebranded as Astra. Within Astra, there are screens, which he showed you. But we've also rebranded kind of our platform. We're really, really excited about that. And so we'll be sending out some links with some more information about that. But please, any questions you have, once you depart this webinar, send them our way. We'd love to chat. Thank you all. Thank you. Thank you.
